  • attempting activation while an incompatible active Google AI / Google One subscription is present
  • attempting to use another similar promotional activation link on an account that has already redeemed one
  • failing to redeem the activation link by the deadline stated in the delivery email
  • Google account suspension or policy violations caused by the customer
  • fraud, misuse, or other customer actions that directly cause the entitlement to fail

This commercial warranty does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Frequently asked questions

What do I receive?

You receive one private, single-use activation link for Google AI Pro for 18 months. You activate it directly on your own personal Google account — this is not access to somebody else's Google account and it is not activation by joining another person's family group.

Google AI Pro currently includes 5 TB Google One storage and expanded access to Gemini and other Google AI features, subject to Google's current plan features, limits and availability.

The activation link is delivered digitally to the email used at checkout.

Is it activated on my own Google account?

Yes. The activation is completed directly on the personal Google account you want to use. Before opening the link, make sure the correct account is signed in.

Do you need my Google password?

SmartPlansIL never asks for or receives your Google password, verification code, recovery code, or account access. You sign in and complete activation directly through Google's own flow.

When will I receive my activation link?

After payment is confirmed, we manually prepare your order and aim to send the activation link to your checkout email within 24 hours. Redeem the activation link by the exact deadline stated in the delivery email. Make sure the checkout email is correct, and check spam or junk if the delivery email is not visible.

What if I currently have Google AI Pro or another Google One AI subscription?

Do not activate this offer while the Google account has an active Google AI / Google One subscription that could conflict with activation. If your account has never used a similar promotional activation link, wait until the current subscription has fully ended before activating. If you are unsure about your account, contact SmartPlansIL before purchasing.

Can I use this if my Google account previously used a similar promotional activation link?

No. These activation offers are not intended to be stacked or redeemed repeatedly on the same Google account. If the account has already redeemed a similar promotional Google AI Pro activation link, do not purchase another one for that account. Use another eligible Google account that has not previously used a similar activation link and does not have an active conflicting subscription.

What if I open the link on the wrong Google account?

Before opening the link, make sure the personal Google account you want to use is already signed in. The activation link is unique and single-use, and attempting redemption on the wrong or incompatible account may consume the activation. If you are unsure, contact us before opening it.

Do I need a VPN or need to change my Google account country?

SmartPlansIL does not recommend using a VPN or changing account or region settings to force activation. If Google displays an eligibility or country error, stop and contact us before making further attempts.

What if the activation link does not work?

If Google displays an error, stop after the first attempt and contact SmartPlansIL as soon as possible. Include your order number, checkout email and the exact error shown, and keep the original unedited activation recording available. Do not repeatedly retry the link or change account, VPN or region settings while we investigate.

What does the 3-Month SmartPlansIL Warranty cover?

Your 3-Month SmartPlansIL Warranty begins after successful activation. If the Google AI Pro entitlement is removed or stops working during the first 3 months because of a qualifying issue with the entitlement supplied by SmartPlansIL, contact us and we will investigate. Where the warranty applies, we will provide an appropriate replacement where reasonably possible, or an appropriate refund when a replacement cannot reasonably be provided.

What if my subscription is removed after successful activation?

If the subscription was successfully activated and is later removed during the 3-Month SmartPlansIL Warranty period, contact support. We may ask for evidence showing that Google AI Pro is no longer active and, where reasonably necessary, confirmation from Google about the removal. This helps us investigate whether the issue qualifies for the SmartPlansIL warranty.

Will I need to provide proof if activation fails?

For your protection, we recommend recording your first activation attempt in one continuous, unedited screen recording. You may use any normal screen-recording tool on your device.

If activation fails, keep the original recording showing the Google account already signed in, the activation link being opened, and the complete error message.

If the subscription later stops working during the SmartPlansIL Warranty period, we may ask for a new continuous, unedited recording showing the affected Google account and the current subscription/status shown by Google. This helps us verify the issue and process the claim.

Sign in before recording. Never record or send your Google password, one-time verification codes, recovery codes, or payment-card information.

Do I need a payment method, and does the subscription renew automatically?

No. The current 18-month activation offer does not require a payment method for activation and do not automatically renew. SmartPlansIL charges a one-time payment only. Always review the information displayed by Google before confirming activation.
