3-Month SmartPlansIL Warranty
Our commercial warranty, provided directly by SmartPlansIL in addition to any rights that apply under mandatory law or arise from the product purchased.
Effective date: 15 September 2026
When the warranty starts
The 3-Month SmartPlansIL Commercial Warranty begins when the Google AI Pro entitlement has been successfully activated on the customer's Google Account.
Problems affecting the initial activation are handled separately through our activation-support process and are not dependent on this commercial warranty having started.
What the warranty covers
If an entitlement supplied by SmartPlansIL is successfully activated and then is removed, revoked or otherwise stops providing the purchased subscription during the first 3 months because of a qualifying issue relating to the entitlement supplied by SmartPlansIL or its source, contact us and we will investigate.
Where the commercial warranty applies, SmartPlansIL will provide an appropriate remedy according to the circumstances, which may include:
- restoring or replacing the entitlement where reasonably possible; or
- providing an appropriate refund where replacement or restoration cannot reasonably be provided.
Where applicable law gives the customer a particular remedy, this commercial warranty does not replace or restrict that right.
The advertised product duration
The 3-Month SmartPlansIL Commercial Warranty is an additional warranty period for expedited commercial support. It does not change the duration of the product purchased.
A product sold as an 18-month entitlement remains a product represented as providing 18 months.
Accordingly, expiry of the 3-month commercial warranty does not automatically prevent a customer from raising a claim where there is reasonable reason to believe that an entitlement ended prematurely because it was defective, materially non-conforming, improperly supplied or affected by another circumstance for which SmartPlansIL is responsible under applicable law or the purchase agreement.
Such cases will be considered according to their individual facts and applicable law.
Making a claim
Please include:
- Your order number.
- The email address used for the order.
- A description of what happened.
- The approximate date on which the problem began.
- Any error message or subscription-status information available to you.
SmartPlansIL may request reasonable and proportionate evidence necessary to investigate the claim, which may include a screenshot, screen recording or information showing the affected account's relevant subscription status.
Where reasonably possible, please crop or redact information that is unrelated to the claim.
Never record or send:
- Your Google password.
- One-time verification codes or OTPs.
- Recovery codes.
- Full payment-card information.
- Other credentials capable of providing access to your account.
The absence of a screen recording will not, by itself, automatically invalidate an otherwise substantiated claim or remove a right available under applicable law.
Recommended: record your first activation attempt
For your protection and to help us investigate activation problems quickly, we recommend recording the first activation attempt in one continuous, unedited screen recording.
You may use any ordinary screen-recording tool available on your device.
Where possible:
- Sign in to the Google Account before beginning the recording.
- Start the recording.
- Open the activation link.
- Record the result and any complete error message displayed.
Do not record your password, OTP, recovery code, payment-card details or other sensitive credentials.
Recording the first activation attempt is recommended evidence and is not, by itself, a condition for exercising a mandatory consumer right.
Redemption deadline
Activation links supplied by SmartPlansIL are time-sensitive.
The customer must redeem the activation link by the exact deadline stated in the delivery email. No separate fixed redemption period applies unless it is expressly stated for the order.
This requirement is a material condition of the digital product and is intended to ensure that the activation entitlement is redeemed while it remains valid.
If the customer does not attempt to redeem the activation link by the disclosed deadline and the link later expires because it was not redeemed in time, that expiry is not covered by the SmartPlansIL Commercial Warranty and does not, by itself, entitle the customer to a replacement or refund.
This exclusion applies only where the problem resulted from the customer's failure to redeem within the stated period.
It does not apply where, for example:
- the activation link was already invalid or expired when supplied;
- the activation link did not remain reasonably usable during the disclosed redemption period;
- the customer attempted redemption by the disclosed deadline and encountered a qualifying defect or activation problem; or
- applicable law provides the customer with a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Customers who encounter an error while attempting redemption by the disclosed deadline should stop unnecessary repeated attempts, preserve the error message or other available evidence, and contact SmartPlansIL as soon as reasonably possible.
What the commercial warranty does not cover
The commercial warranty does not cover a failure caused solely by circumstances unrelated to a defect or problem with the entitlement supplied by SmartPlansIL, including, where applicable:
- Activation on a Google Account different from the account the customer intended to use.
- Failure caused solely by an account or subscription eligibility restriction that was clearly disclosed before purchase.
- Attempting to redeem an entitlement on an account that has already used an incompatible or mutually exclusive offer, where that restriction was disclosed or forms part of the applicable eligibility requirements.
- Suspension, restriction or termination of the customer's Google Account resulting from the customer's own conduct or violation of Google's applicable terms.
- Manipulation, circumvention or misuse of the activation process by the customer.
- Fraudulent use of the entitlement.
- A customer action that directly causes the subscription or entitlement to be removed or become unusable.
These exclusions apply only to the extent that the excluded circumstance actually caused the relevant problem.
They do not apply where a material eligibility restriction should have been disclosed by SmartPlansIL before purchase but was not disclosed, or where mandatory law provides otherwise.
Changes made by Google
Google operates and controls the underlying Google services.
A general change made by Google to features, service availability, usage limits, product names or platform functionality does not by itself mean that the activation entitlement supplied by SmartPlansIL was defective.
However, this exclusion does not apply merely because Google performed the technical act of removing or ending a subscription.
If a subscription ends prematurely because of a defect in the entitlement supplied, its source or another matter for which SmartPlansIL is responsible, the claim will be investigated under this Warranty, the purchase terms and applicable law.
Relationship with cancellation and refund rights
This commercial warranty deals primarily with problems arising after successful activation.
Initial activation failures, non-delivery, material non-conformity, duplicate transactions and cancellation rights are addressed in the Cancellations, Refunds & Statutory Rights Policy.
Nothing in this Warranty limits:
- A mandatory right under Israeli consumer law.
- A right arising from defect or material non-conformity.
- A right arising from failure to supply the product as promised.
- Any contractual remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
