You receive one unique activation link for Google AI Pro for the duration you purchased: 12 or 18 months. Google AI Pro currently includes 5 TB Google One storage and expanded access to Gemini and other Google AI features, subject to Google's current plan features, limits, and availability. The activation link is delivered digitally to the email used at checkout.

Yes. The activation is completed directly on the personal Google account you want to use. Before opening the link, make sure the correct account is signed in.

SmartPlansIL never asks for or receives your Google password, verification code, recovery code, or account access. You sign in and complete activation directly through Google's own flow.

After payment is confirmed, we manually prepare your order and aim to send the activation link to your checkout email within 24 hours. The activation link is time-sensitive. Redeem it as soon as you receive it and no later than the deadline stated in your delivery email.

These promotional plans are not intended to extend or stack onto an existing Google AI / Google One AI promotional subscription. Check which Google account is signed in before opening the activation link. The link is unique and single-use, and opening or redeeming it on an incompatible or unintended account may consume the activation. If you are unsure, contact us before opening it.

No. SmartPlansIL does not recommend using a VPN or changing account or region settings to force activation. If Google displays an eligibility or country error, stop and contact us with a screenshot before making further attempts.

Stop after the error appears and contact SmartPlansIL as soon as possible. Include your order number, checkout email, the exact error message and a screenshot where possible. Avoid repeated attempts or changing account settings while we investigate.

Your 3-Month SmartPlansIL Warranty begins after successful activation. If the Google AI Pro entitlement is removed or stops working during the first 3 months because of a qualifying issue with the entitlement supplied by SmartPlansIL, contact us and we will investigate. Where the warranty applies, we will provide an appropriate replacement where reasonably possible, or an appropriate refund when a replacement cannot reasonably be provided.

If the subscription was successfully activated and is later removed during the 3-Month SmartPlansIL Warranty period, contact support. We may ask for evidence showing that Google AI Pro is no longer active and, where reasonably necessary, confirmation from Google about the removal. This helps us investigate whether the issue qualifies for the SmartPlansIL warranty.

Usually, start with a screenshot showing the complete Google error message. Where reasonably necessary, we may ask for an unedited screenshot or short screen recording showing the activation attempt so the issue can be verified. Hide unrelated private information before sharing a recording.

Never send SmartPlansIL your Google password, one-time verification codes, recovery codes, or payment-card information.

SmartPlansIL charges you a one-time payment for the promotional duration you purchase. SmartPlansIL does not charge a recurring subscription fee. Google may display separate payment, renewal, or post-promotional terms during activation, so review the information shown by Google before confirming the offer.
